Trisha Yearwood attends the ASCAP Centennial Awards at The Waldorf Astoria on November 17^ 2014 in New York City.

Trisha Yearwood will release a new holiday album, Christmastime, arriving Nov. 7.  The holiday project follows her recently-released album The Mirror, marking the first album that Trisha fully co-wrote and co-produced.

Christmastime is produced by Grammy Award winner Don Was and features arrangements composed by the legendary David Campbell. Included on the album is “Christmastime Is Here,” a new take on Elvis Presley’s classic “Blue Christmas” and a reimagining of “Pure Imagination” from ‘Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory;’ as well as “My Favorite Things,” “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” “Simple Gifts,” “It’s Just Another New Year’s Eve,” “Cool Yule,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Years” and “Candy Cane Lane.” The album also features “Merry Christmas, Valentine,” an original song co-written and performed with Garth Brooks.

To preview the album, Trisha released the video for the song  “Christmas Time Is Here,” an orchestral reimagining of the beloved classic from A Charlie Brown Christmas. The visual features personal home videos from Yearwood, and sees her sharing holiday traditions such as wrapping presents, setting out milk and cookies for Santa, and reflecting on the joy of the season.  Yearwood shared: “The album I have to play every Christmas is ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas.’ I love every single song, and I’ve always wanted to record ‘Christmas Time Is Here.’ I knew it had to be on this record. I walked down the aisle to that song when I married Garth. We had a Christmas wedding, so it’s always been extra special to me.”  See the video: HERE.

Yearwood will also be embarking on the “Christmastime with Trisha Yearwood: 12 Days of Christmas Tour,” performing alongside local symphonies across the country. The limited run begins Dec. 2 in Nashville and will visit major cities including Newark, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Detroit before wrapping Dec. 20, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Yearwood shares: “Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of year, and these songs mean so much to me. To be able to perform them with a full symphony brings the magic to another level. I can’t wait to share this music and celebrate the season with fans on tour.” For ticket info, head HERE.
